I first met Sylvia when she was freelancing at the British Council, a client she had over several years.
She was a breath of fresh air in the studio, with a meticulous attention to detail, no-nonsense approach and totally contagious sense of humour.
At one point my niece did some work experience for us, Sylvia was so quick to support her, praise her, share her knowledge.
I’ll always remember that.
Later, I recommended Sylvia to a comms agency I was working with, where she worked her wordsmith magic from afar.
As always, professional and tenacious, but with that gorgeous thread of humour always shimmering around her.
